This design through the analysis to the parts of the molding process of design task, a deputy for trimming and tensile process of cold stamping die design. Detailed description of the design of the process parameter selection and calculation process, the important parts of the design process, and the main components as well as the punch, die, stripper plate, punch plate, plate, die fixed plate etc.. Die standard model planes, to choose a suitable stamping equipment. Design work on the parts and specifications will press for the necessary checking calculation, and the mapping of a mold assembly and parts drawings with AutoCAD. Through this graduation design, to further strengthen our knowledge on the basis of the stamping die design. Combined with practical work experience, I have learned during the University of knowledge with a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of stamping die design, for more complex paving the way and learn from the valuable experience.
